Shipping policy

At Gymreformer, we understand that a Pilates reformer is a long-term investment. To ensure that your order is delivered safely, transparently, and efficiently, we have established a reliable logistics system dedicated to providing you with a professional, secure, and worry-free shopping experience.

1. Order Processing & Address Changes

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

During the order processing period, you may update your shipping address free of charge.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been generated, any request to change the shipping address may result in redirection fees, re-delivery fees, or other related charges, which must be covered by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible by email or phone.

2. Shipping Arrangements

Gymreformer has warehouses in the United States and the United Kingdom, and products will be shipped from the appropriate warehouse based on stock availability.

The estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the distance between the delivery address and our warehouse, carrier capacity, and seasonal shipping demand.

3. Duties & Import Taxes

All customs duties and import taxes are fully covered by Gymreformer.

You will not be required to pay any additional import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon delivery.

4. Delivery Method & Signature Requirement

Due to the size and weight of Pilates reformers, all reformer products are delivered via truck freight service.

Delivery is curbside only.

Carriers do not provide indoor delivery, upstairs delivery, or placement in a specific room.

In most cases, a signature is required upon delivery. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address at the scheduled time to receive and sign for the shipment.

We also recommend arranging sufficient assistance in advance to help unload and move the equipment.

5. Inspection & Unboxing Notice (Important)

Pilates reformers are large, precision-built fitness machines. To protect your after-sales rights, we strongly recommend that you record a full unboxing video when receiving your order.

If you notice any of the following issues, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as evidence:

  • Visible damage to the outer packaging
  • Damage to the product itself
  • Missing parts

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information.

Due to the nature of freight shipping, tracking updates may be limited or delayed. This is normal.
