1、 How do I choose the right Pilates reformer?

Consider your available space, preferred frame material, and storage needs. A foldable reformer is worth considering if you need to reclaim your workout space between sessions. Compare the dimensions and features on each product page, or contact us for help choosing.

2、How will my reformer be delivered?

Due to its size and weight, your reformer will be delivered by truck freight with curbside unloading. You will be responsible for moving the equipment from the curbside into your home. Indoor placement and upstairs delivery are not included, so please arrange sufficient assistance in advance.

3、What warranty does my reformer come with?

We offer a 2-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on parts, covering defects and failures under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
