2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled during the processing period (within 1–3 business days after purchase) and are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible via email or phone.


3. Non-Defective Product Refunds

Due to the size of Pilates reformers and the fact that some products are made to order, the following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind or personal reasons (e.g. no longer needed, space limitations, subjective dissatisfaction)

  • Reformer products that have already been shipped or delivered

  • Products clearly marked as custom-made or made to order

Please carefully review product dimensions, specifications, and suitability before placing your order.


4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives with manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or missing parts, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, exchange, or a refund.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery

  • Clear photos or an unboxing video must be provided as evidence

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.


5. Accessories Refunds

  • Accessories may be eligible for a refund only if unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Used, installed, or damaged accessories are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs for accessories are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of defects)


6. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. Non-Refundable Situations
