At gymreformer, we understand that a Pilates reformer is a long-term investment. To ensure your order is delivered safely, transparently, and efficiently, we have established a reliable global logistics system to provide you with a professional and worry-free purchasing experience.
1. Order Processing & Address Changes

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

During the order processing period, you may update your shipping address free of charge.

Once the order has shipped and tracking information has been generated, any request to change the delivery address may result in redirection or re-delivery fees, which must be covered by the customer.
If you need to update your address, please contact our support team as soon as possible via email or phone.
2. Shipping From U.S. Warehouses
gymreformer operates three overseas warehouses in the United States, allowing us to ship from the nearest location whenever possible to reduce delivery time.

If a product is temporarily unavailable, it will be restocked and shipped directly from our factory.

3. Shipping to Europe
Orders shipped to Europe are delivered via international freight services.

4. Accessories Shipping
Accessories and other small items are shipped separately.

5. Duties & Import Taxes
All customs duties and import taxes are fully covered by gymreformer.
You will not be required to pay any additional import or customs fees upon delivery.
6. Delivery Method & Signature Requirement
Due to the size and weight of Pilates reformers, all reformer products are shipped via freight delivery.

Delivery is curbside only.

Carriers do not move items indoors, upstairs, or into specific rooms.

A delivery signature is typically required. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address at the scheduled time to receive and sign for the shipment.

Please arrange sufficient assistance in advance to unload and move the equipment.
7. Inspection & Unboxing Notice (Important)
Pilates reformers are large, precision-built fitness machines. We strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video upon delivery to protect your after-sales rights.
If you notice any of the following:

8. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Due to the nature of freight shipping, tracking updates may be limited or delayed. This is normal.
